Mike in Egypt
Tuesday, December 9th, 2008The first week in Egypt and after a successful crossing of Lake Nassar above Aswan dam, a three day journey, Mike is taking his first look at the temple of Ramsis II at Abe Simbel. Hello World!
Monday, November 3rd, 2008Mike is headed out to see the world! Mike has been recreated in a series of hand made “mini-Mike’s” that will be traveling the world. Each of these hand made Mike’s are being passed around from person to person, traveler to traveler, hoping to see the world by plane, train, boat, bicycle, shoe leather express and any other imaginable mode of transportation - except maybe ambulance. Mike will be taking about a one year sabbatical, seeing the sights of many foreign nations, from the jungles of Africa to the highest mountain peaks, Mike is looking for adventure. Mike will be back to Fruita in time for his own festival, though.Mike’s travels will be recorded here in this blog. Mike’s numbers one through ten can be found in the sidebar under categories.
